Why Does Animale ThéRapie Collect Personal Data?
Animale Thérapie collects data for several needs explained below: analysis of website browsing behavior, carrying out sales operations, after-sales service, and commercial prospecting. Some data is collected automatically. You are then scrupulously informed beforehand. Other collections are required by law and/or regulations (for example, for invoice establishment), while others are of strategic and commercial importance and require your prior consent.

Automatically Collected Data

In order to access the quote creation and/or order process, you will need to provide us with your company information as well as contact information, considered personal: your name, your contact details (email and postal address and phone number), your banking information. Data Collected when You Contact Customer Service
You are likely to transmit personal data to us when you contact customer service so that we can process your requests. Here again, the legal basis is Article 6.1.b of the GDPR.
